After I pay, when do you start the service?
We try to complete every order (Account Recovery) within 24 hours after purchasing. Some orders do take longer than 24 hours to complete due to meeting certain requirements or in-game waiting time is needed. In this condition, we’ll inform you at once and let you know the estimated time of completion.
Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely! Just contact us at email@example.com to setup your order.
Can I play with you on my own account?
Yes, we do offer “I Play On My Account” for certain services, depending on difficulty level and efficiency. For the quickest turnaround time, it is suggested that we log in for you since we don’t have to schedule an appointment.
Should I contact you before/after I’ve placed an order?
You can contact us before and after to let us know what you need specifically if it is not in the shop selection. If you’d like to contact us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I keep all the items gained during the service?
Of course! You retain all loot during the service, we do not dismantle or delete anything acquired unless we need to make room for higher priority loot.
What security precautions are taken to protect my personal information?
We take your privacy extremely seriously either your registered info or your game account info. Information given to us is never disclosed to any third parties and is only given to those in our company who need it to complete your order. We also allow you to play with our team at no additional expense.
