After I pay, when do you start the service?
We try to complete every order (Account Recovery) within 24 hours after purchasing. All orders are unique since Guardians class setups vary greatly. For example, it may take one hour to complete a particular order, and for another customer it could take two hours due to varying circumstances (Power Level, Weapons, Armor, Class, etc.) Some orders do take longer than 24 hours to complete due to meeting certain requirements or in-game waiting time is needed. In this condition, we’ll inform you at once and let you know the estimated time of completion.
I don't see what I want. Can I place a custom order?
Can I play with you on my own account?
Yes, we do offer “I Play On My Account” for certain services, depending on difficulty level and efficiency. For the quickest turnaround time, it is suggested that we log in for you since we don’t have to schedule a play time.

Do I keep all the items gained during the service?

We take your privacy extremely seriously, either your registered info or your game account info. Information given to us is never disclosed to any third parties and is only given to those in our company who need it to complete your order. We also allow you to play with our team as an alternative.
