The Drifter in the tower will give you access to 21% Delirium quest.
Once you have picked up the quest in the tower you will need to complete the Gambit Triumph “Notorious Hustle.” This requires you to complete a series of objectives in the gambit, gambit prime or the reckoning playlists.
